These are photos from my High Elf Tower build - a FREE kit from our hosts here at One Monk Minatures: onemonk.com/Terrain.html - it comes complete with cutfiles (which was a big part of the reason I decided to build it when I needed something to calm my job-hunt nerves...) This is a stock kit with only one change: I textured some moss onto the roof and wood-grain into the wood surfaces. The only thing keeping me from building this wonderfully thematic kit previously was the texture styling was a bit too flat (cartoony) for me. All fixed! I'm willing to share my version of the textures, if the current owner invites me to. This it NOT fold flat - that's how special it is. :-) High Elf Tower by Oracle Omega, on Flickr High Elf Tower by Oracle Omega, on Flickr High Elf Tower by Oracle Omega, on Flickr There's someone in the window... High Elf Tower by Oracle Omega, on Flickr Elf says, "Who goes there?" High Elf Tower by Oracle Omega, on Flickr I really like how the woodgrain mask brought out the interiors and the redwood exteriors. High Elf Tower by Oracle Omega, on Flickr Elf says "Bye!" The only thing I might change is to re-do the roof. Still too saturated for my tastes. But that can wait for another day. :-) Great model Jim! Thanks for the gift! There isn't enough elvish terrain...

This is beautiful! I'd no idea how nice the model was until you enhanced it and shared your build with us... Nor that it had an interior. Here's hoping squirmydad gives the okay to share the textured version soon. It puts me in mind of a tower for Rapunzel!

Absolutely! I'd be happy to host this version, mproteau and son already sent me some variants, always happy to add more.

OK. Clicking through on the link below the thumbnails should get you to a place where you can download the full size [Look for the "..." icon, and click and select "Download/All Sizes" and choose "Original": Page 3 Red by Oracle Omega, on Flickr Page 4 Red by Oracle Omega, on Flickr NOTE: The cross beams have lost their outline (I'm using cutfiles, so I don't mind bleed like this...) You can use the original beam outlines to cut these one's out.

Whoah! Just discovered the alternate roof colors by mproteau (Paper Realms). Very nice. Wish I'd seen them before (I had an older version of this download.) If anyone out there hasn't downloaded the latest, check it out!

Lovely retexture on the Elven tower. I was just thinking of downloading the tower too so this is very timely.
