Old purchases unavailable

I tried to find a link for an e-mail so I could send this directly but I could not find one.

I went to try and download some miniatures I purchased a few years ago from DriveThruRPG, and found that my purchase is no longer available.

The miniatures are still available but the bundle that I purchased is no longer, and the miniatures that the bundle contained are now renamed.  There is a similar bundle available but the name has been changed.

I purchased the 'Hybrid Warriors [Bundle]", for which there is still a link in my DriveThruRPG library, but there is no way to download them, and when I go to search for them, it is no longer available.

There is however a "Hybrid Hoard [Bundle]" which is says that I have not purchased.

I have FINALLY gotten around to getting a color printer and want to print some of these up, but now I have no option to even download them.

Please help!

Certainly! Ownership of those items has changed hands several times since your initial purchase and your links must have been invalidated when I re-uploaded everything. PM me your email that you use at One Book Shelf and I'll get you set up again.
