I have started a separate thread for it, so others can jump in too. Hopefully we have some additional inspiration for you. Perhaps if people put individual items in separate messages, we can count the 'likes' and see what's popular?
I'm going to start with something for the harbour area.
How about a sawmill, with lumber yard, and cargo barge? And/or a longer wheelbased wagon to put your lumber onto?

Next- you have your ruined buildings, how about going the other way? A building under construction, complete with scaffolding and platforms?

A row of connected shops, not unlike your jumble house? Distinctly different shops on the same facade, complete with awnings and maybe stalls and open crates with merchandise (fruit, fish etc)?

A lorimer's shop/stable or a wheelwright/wagoner would be good. How about the keep?

A brothel. Not sure how different it would look from a regular house, but I guess it depends on the locals' attitude on how obvious it's trade is...

Stone too cold??? Tell that to the Romans Remember under-floor heating! You could go quite to town with a public bath house - marble floor and stone columns. It'll look good next to La Maison Derrière.

Oh, it was just a scribble document for my town really. I was thinking more for the side rooms, and had the Scandinavian sauna in my mind (the owner of the bathhouse is Helga). I'd even considered thatched walls at one point too! :-)

Scandinavian sauna in my mind Aah, sauna! My father-in-law has two saunas (one in his the house, the other in an outide building), both with wood-fired kiuas/stove. After that, electric ones pales into luke warm mediocracy.

HMMMMM--- this has me thinking, as this gets to be a whole collection of buildings/area--- Ship designers office, Saw pits, Rope yards, Sail loft, Ship loft ( where beams/etc are laid out)... possibly a ship being framed..... this will definitely be going on my list of things to design....

"They call me... Mr. Ships!" :-) I couldn't resist giving you a nickname. I do have a couple of ideas running around for some different ships as well, it seemed fitting to go with my start on harbors... Sail barges, fishing vessels, etc... So I have plenty for design thoughts wandering in my head to keep going for quite some time. Some of my other ideas are a Harbor Customs House, A Lock Keepers house ( with a functioning lock), capstans and windlasses for dockyard movement ( or onboard ships), Light/Signals house, Fish market,
