Wanting to see my Star Trek: Discovery minis in action, I threw together a little scenery, played with it and took some photos. Out came a little Trek story in the style of Okumarts' game night comics… This is the main entry picture, however, the real fun is the following episode comic of Star Trek DSC… ST:DSC comicEDIT: I don't know why, but Photobucket reduced the comic's size. Click here to enjoy it in its full glory. /EDITAll minis used are by okumarts , mods were made by me. The buildings are from Clever Paper, a Russian company producing and selling these cardboard buildings as toys for an average price of 5 to 8 US-$ each (plus shipping and customs, of course, but they are still pretty cheap for their amazing quality). These buildings are among the best cardboard houses I've ever seen in my life. Thick, sturdy cardboard, structured surface, no scissors or glue required, designed exterior AND interior, at least 10 front/back minis included in every package, and you can easily take the houses apart and store them almost flat. The entire medieval town can be bought here: russia-best.com/category/medieval-town/ I myself have 10 of the houses and the Hanseatic Cog. So far, I have not built the latter, though, because once you've assembled the entire knotwork, you will not be able to take the ship apart again... Finally, the image that opens the comic was done by STLegacy on deviantART (http://stlegacy.deviantart.com). The comic is considered fanart, no copyright infringement is intended. Star Trek, as well as all characters and ships thereof is (C) CBS/Paramout. Additional photos:
