Here are the collected fronts of my Set 20. All of the figures in this set are Constructs (Robots/Golems). They're done in a bit more a cartoonish/anime style than my usual art. They will likely be scaled 64mm or larger (except Creeper and maybe Bob and Steve). Meatshovels and Creeper slowed me down a bit. But, I'm starting the back art ASAP. Patrons can get the whole set for $2 or you can pick them up individually (eventually) on DriveThruRPG, RPGNow, OneBookShelf... etc.

Here's some work on the Inox figure. I managed to get a flight pack to fit... I guess that might preclude him from a fantasy setting. Still working on it, but moving on to another figure for now.

I think I will probably have alternate back art for fantasy games where flight packs might look out of place. That's a super-good idea. I'm not running any SF right now, but these would make cool Age of Sigmar/WoW-style constructs for high fantasy, too!

Almost done with the back art. Creeper was difficult and I changed the design a bit. Steve was pretty easy. Bob might have different boots... not sure yet.

Have you tried printing these out at actual size, assembling them, and looking at them on the table? I've often found that detail that looks great six inches tall on an LED screen viewed from 2 feet away gets lost when ink-jet printed onto cardstock at 1.5 inches and viewed from six feet away, but that's how they are seen on the table. I'm a bit concerned that your edge highlights are too subtle to be very visible at finished size on the table. Try printing out and assembling a couple of samples as is, along with the same models with the edge highlights much brighter and possibly a bit wider, too. You might also consider adding some shading along with the highlights. I think it was printableheroes who advised me to color each area with a base color, and then use masked layers of white and black, set to about 35% opacity, to add highlights and shadows. That way, you can easily fine-tune the brightness of the highlights and the depth of the shadows by adjusting the opacity of their layers. I'll see if I can find the thread where Marshall told me about that technique, and link back to it here. It really helped me to finish the halfling fighter figure that I entered in Papercuts this year, after I was stuck for several weeks (or was it months?). ---- Here is the thread where our community of experts held my hand through finishing my first PC figure. Read it for the excellent advice they offer, not for my fumbling attempts at creating one figure. The link goes to the second page; scroll about about halfway down to find the posts where Marshall explained how to do the highlighting and shading.

I would definitely appreciate that info (the link seems broken). Unfortunately, for now I'm spent. These guys took me way longer than I expected and the deadline is Tuesday. I'll likely have just enough time to lay them out in Illustrator and get them printed+assembled.
I either need to improve my workflow or do less figures (or less complex/angular forms & poses). Dunno. It could be I just haven't developed the knack for back art yet. Trying to get the camera angle and perspective with a 3/4 view from front to back is still quite tough for me.

For what it's worth, the link in my previous post is now fixed.
Get some rest, then take a look at the advice that was given to me in that thread. But definitely print out and assemble your figures and look at them on a game table, on a battlemat or other terrain, before you decide they are done, regardless of your deadline. If they look right to you, then by all means, go ahead. But if the details and shading aren't reading on the game table, take the time to get them the way you really want them. Unless you are under some sort of contractual obligation to meet a specific deadline, you're probably better off to delay the release by a few days or a week to get the figures really right, than to release them when you're not yet satisfied with them.
If the deadline is to meet a monthly obligation to Patreon subscribers (as I notice that next Tuesday is the end of the month), then go ahead and release them as-is through Patreon. You can always take a few more days to refine the shading and then release an update a week later. If you decide to do that, just let the patrons know to expect an update in a week or so, so they can decide for themselves whether to print out the Oct. 31 version, or to wait and print the revised version a week later.

I know some people here give some thought to the back while they are designing the front so as to not make their lives too difficult. I think that is wise. Actually, recently I have decided that I won't bother doing backs for the figs I use in my own games because I don't think my players care. I will still do backs for things offered up here, because I find it reasonably easy and I like to occasionally contribute something to this group.

I think my next set will follow a different progression. Rather than design all the fronts, then the backs, then colors, I will likely just finish one figure before moving on to the next. All the while being mindful of the rear view, camera and palette.

These robo-golems are now out in the wild. You can find them on DriveThruRPG $0.75. Each purchase includes at least two colored versions plus a black and white version. They also include a Photoshop file for custom colors, re-size, etc. The individual figures are formatted on a single page (one character per page), I thought this might be easier for novices to re-size without having to mess about with graphics programs. www.drivethrurpg.com/product/225204/Golem-R-Solo-Paper-Mini
