but pulling off tentacle appendages has not been going well There were some space squids a few months ago that might help with that

The Elder God Valentines might use a modern/scifi news crew vehicle.
Is anyone interested in seeing easy build version of the Nebula News Network vehicle?
(I'm talking 'bout the one from the December hoard)

Well Poop. I thought I was nearly done but now I realise that the colour difference I noticed a couple of hours ago wasn't in my head. Somewhere along the line I guess I pasted two semi transparent front layers on top of each other so the backs are now less saturated than the fronts. Does anyone have suggestions for a corrective action?

I haven't a clue how to fix that. Sorry
EDIT -- Wait. The fronts are too saturated, right? Can you enlarge the original fronts and just paste them in?

That could work . . .
Later: Yes, that will work but it took 15 min to do two so the rest will have to wait for another day. I need to do the dishes and have a shower before I go to bed. Night all.

This may have varying degrees of success for you, but my sequence to fix this kind of thing is as follows: 1) swear loudly 2) drink heavily 3) tell my son how much I love him 4) bask in glory as he tells me how much he loves me and how much he diskikes his mother 5) pass out 6) start over when the headache passes Moderators, feel free to delete this if it violates our family friendliness

I save that particular method for non-papercraft frustrations.

Decided I didn't like how the tabbard was fitting the 1930's pants so I went with a full robe.

The easy build of the Nebula News Network vehicle will have to wait for some other hoard. The weather changes were hard again.

yifferman - neat figure! I'm a robocutter user myself, so it doesn't bother me any, but you might want to put a thicker black border around it and avoid some of the really tiny white areas, making hand-cutting a lot easier.

Sorry I didn't get around to making any more cultists; I've got to plan a couple of con games for mid April in what little free-time I have with a family of six and being a boss doing 50 hours a week at work.

madmanmike: I hope, at least, with those kind of hours you are raking in the dough! Family of six!?!?!? I don't have those kind of excuses. Due to simple incompetence I sabotaged myself. I thought I was going to a paisley Bugatti interior that would work with the black blue/grey versions. I thought I could just make the white seats semi-transparent and put a paisley texture underneath but no matter what I try the white seats won't go transparent, not without taking all the contour with them. I guess I know what colour my investigators will be driving when we get around to playing Cthulhu again.

Well, since my promotion in early December I'm making about $600 more a month (which is still slightly ahead as the new position is salary with no overtime pay). My mother-in-law lives with us and we have 3 kids ages 11-16.
The hardest part is I'm a night person and have to be at work at 7AM, about 30 miles away. So I'm up between 4-5AM every day, killing my previous creative time. I used to get up around 7:30, relax and be creative for a few hours before going to work at 3PM.. finding the way to get creative after a long day at work instead of a nights rest has been difficult.

I find my best time to build is lunch time. At night I do my best computer work. You just have to figure out what works best for you
