I will be doing a papercraft in action scene of a group of Raiders attacking a settlement with the Brotherhood of Steel intervening. Why are they intervening? Probably for tech or future recruits or just to stick it to some raiders. Who knows, but it'll be fun. I'll post the final pics here. All work in progress pics will start this week down in my personal section!   |

Sorry guys! Still working on it. It won't be ready for the contest but I'll post it when its done. Health and work both swamped me after the post. My rheumatoid arthritis hits me hard some days out of nowhere and it makes it super hard to cut or make things. Not just in my hands but all over in pretty much every joint. Plus the back to school crowd had us super busy with new computers to work on.

I have hashimoto thyrioditis and in my case I often have problems with my joints akin to rheumatism. These symptoms come and go, but an acute episode can last for weeks. Sometimes the tenderness, pain and stiffness can be so severe that I can hardly hold a pencil or open a water bottle. Papercrafting is out of the question then. Hope you're feeling better soon! |

Just recently explained to a student in a play involving an atomic blast what Fallout Boy is actually doing; he's not giving you a thumbs up, he's checking the size and proximity of the mushroom cloud to see if he's dead. He tried using the gesture on stage when he looked out the window at the blast but his director didn't understand and said it looked weird. Ah well. Your entry isn't late, you've just given yourself extra time for next year's Showcase.  |
