So apparently I am playing Battletech now o.0 I'm not sure how this happened, but it did. So I am looking for some 6mm sci'fi terrain because this is a boring-looking game: Any suggestions? Anything lurking on the forum or in the Hoards I have missed?

Thank you, Vermin King. The Momir Farooq stuff is particularly good... nothing like a sandcrawler as an objective to capture...

Germ's World has a few Drop Pods, a smallish dropship (it's huge for 1/300 but next to the Leopard it's quite small) and a plethora of buildings: germy.co.uk/

I have always thought of BattleTech as 28mm that says it is 6mm so they can have small tanks to step on. LOL

I have always thought of BattleTech as 28mm that says it is 6mm so they can have small tanks to step on. LOL That makes a big difference in perception! Battletech is, in fact 6mm/1:300 and always has been. But if you are familiar with it only from the late '90s onward, I can see how it easily seems a 28mm robot fighting game. I've used battlemechs as as combat robots in both 15mm and 28mm before

I've used Dervish minis as bases for Cyclones in a Robotech RPG. I modified them, attaching wheels to the sides of the jump jets on the back.

Played BattleTech back before the whole "Unseen" stuff went down. Still have my Original Warhammer, BattleMaster, and a pair of Stingers out in my storage of old games and figures.

You can still find it on FDG's website, but the link to the set on RPGnow is obviously dead, and it has not been included in the catalogue on DTRPG...

I think I have the files for that!! We were gonna play Robotech tactics several years ago and someone mentioned we could download those files offline on the DC website. Let me look. I could rescale them and overlay a hex pattern in Gimp. More on this soon!

shep some great table shots there. I agree, the slight scale difference in the buildings is not noticed in play. Well done.

No hex-overlay for the streets, sorry, but here they are: bit.ly/2msEb11Those files were free downloads and are cleared for personal use. If you'd rather download them yourself, here you go: ttcombat.com/pages/dropzone-commander-buildings

shep, I bought one. I gotta re-pose it a little Yeah, the pose is... well, at least there's a mini! I just put it on a Robotech RPG Tactics flight stand that I had left from the Valkyries, and with the right angle, it looks pretty good. However, I had to weigh down the base woth some small lead pieces that I salvages from an old curtain cord, so the mini does not topple over. But hey, a little bit of debris on the base does aleays look good, doesn't it?
