I knew those evil tiny robots were lurking out there somewhere, turns out they in the MMiP Archive. The Skelebots are reduced from the 30mm scale Skelebots and the human infantry is reduced from Patrick Crusiau's work. 6mm sf infantryThis Exterminator tank was originally designed in 30mm scale by my son when he was 10 years old using a 3D modelling program called DOGA. I made the 30mm version and then re-scaled it for 6mm. Lil ExterminatorThe JSDF in 6mm so you can fight kaiju using the Battletech buildings to create a city. JSDF 6mmSome of Jim's Starship Troopers infantry scaled down; 6mm ST InfantryMelEbbles/Genet Models Marauders were an easy reduction, the image file has every variation of the Marauders and isn't meant to be printed as one enormous 15x20 sheet, unless you have a printer that big. Just select the variations you want into a new document to print your tiny space fleet. 6mm Marauders

I had heard of 15mm scale before but not 6mm. Is it used for a particular type of wargamming ? (i.e. entire front of a war or something like this)

Games like Battletech and Command Horizon are 6mm scale sci-fi that allow you field huge mechs and hordes of supertanks. There is also Roman Seas for 6mm naval galleys.

(i.e. entire front of a war or something like this) It's a good scale to use when the real battle might take place over large distances, for example tank battles in North Africa in the early part of WWII, or if you wanted a closer to 1:1 figure to man ratio for your battles, it is easier to use 6 mm figures than 15/20/28 mm.
