Not easy, and I'm late for work. I'll get back to you on this
EDIT--
Do you have an image manipulation software that you use? Like Gimp?

And you need a good logo And the tag line, In Gimp, use the select color tool and select the border of the tabs. Copy and paste that into a new document. Then select the fold lines. Paste those into the new document, lining this with the previous borders. This gives you a blank canvas to apply the color, logos, etc. Then go back and select the vents, windows, etc. and paste them into the new page. If you do the Pinz, that's an awful lot of pages, so it won't be easy. Not that it will be hard, but it will be tedious doing all those pages

i know the basics of doing it, but i was hoping there was some easy way to select the stuff. see, i want to keep the panel lines as well. it wouldnt just be tedious, it would be a monstrous task for all 40+ pages.
I made tons of skins for the mechwarrior 4 mekpak supernova using gimp and the translucent skin files that came with the pdo. i was hoping to find something like that for the shuttle.
if not, i hope im able to get the skin file(s) from ebbles himself.

Actually, my first thought when you named the Pinz was 'OMG, that's a lot of pages'.
You sure you wouldn't be happy with the Onager, with the trailer hitch I did and an Onager trailer?

so that was YOUR project? ill take that, sure! i probably will modify the pinz someday, but im just looking for an easy way if there is one. have you done any mods on the sandmaster?
OH, ebbles told me he saw a 4-engine ud41 mod and id love to see it if you know what he is talking about

I haven't done anything on the Sandmaster. On the Onager, I started work on a new trailer for the Onager last night. More of a short long-hauler - longer than the Onager itself, but not terribly long, either. I thought I might surprise you with that, but the cat is out of the bag now.
On the 4-engine dropship, there were photos showing the final build, with a brief explanation of how he accomplished it, but no files for doing it. I wish I'd saved the photos

Punkrabbitt , did you ever finish your onager longhauler? For a certain value of "finished." I have the PDF pages, but I haven't given it a test build yet.

i made my sandmaster before i had cardstock. after playing with my 110lb cardstock ud41, all my papercrafts feel very flimsy, especially my poorly done ravensblight bleak estate, but the sandmaster does still feel pretty bad. im so pleased with this cardstock that im probably going to make another CH morskoj and supernova using this cardstock. rather, i KNOW ill make another supernova, but the CH morskoj is still pretty questionable...
i saw this sandmaster when you posted it in my conversation pieces thread and i liked the red. i wish there was a proper orange.
i think im going to post the many pictures of the supernova skins ive made with gimp in another thread...

Could you send me your files? I have a picture of how I want this to look, but I can always kitbash your kitbash of squirmydad's kitbash

That does give me parts to work with, but I was thinking more of keeping it Onager-like, as above. I just like the look of it

In my concept image, I added a wheel to the tractor, but I'm not so sure that taking it out and shifting things back might not be a better way to go. Those tracks look awfully long

it would be pretty cool to turn this into a land train, with every section having the same hitch to be modular. flatbed onager trains with robots, shipping containers, and pallet freight. what about a transparent trailer top to transport monsters and sea creatures?

In @punkrabitt's files, he has parts labeled 'BNSF' and 'loco', so I think he was thinking the same thing. I'm down to one call to make today, so I think it is time to start organizing this project
