Thumbs Up!! The geometry is great, as usual. I like layers, I like to choose from options and build variations...

I dig into CHornicles Of Blood and I have a good feeling. I switched immediately to Elf Army project. FiveCore could be a nice choice on sci-fi side. Pulp is not my genre, but I'm always glad to look at soemthing free (and official minis are sweet www.statuesqueminiatures.co.uk/c/4513058/1/pulp-alley.html

I made the beak out of a toothpick painted black before gluing inside the head. Nice trick for a small bird like this.

aleks ... disregarding WH40K ... why you don't try any solo-rules ? :-) I use Don Glewwe's Beer and Pretzels Space Marines. Very simple mechanics, though being solo, the "enemy" tends to be mindless attackers. I have tried writing up a table of alternative actions for "intelligent" foes where the you still decide what they do, but you then roll to see if they do what you want or the actions are modified by current events. I did a fast internet search... Many seggest to try TwoHourWargames rules, but they are not free. I would try Berr5 and Pretzels SM because, as I mentioned in the first post, I'm mainly a modeller and I tend to use my spare time for modelling. Anyway, every suggestion is welcome. I'm also looking for warband-based game rules, for Mordheim and Necromunda style games...

Actually I have no time and no people to play with... I'm living in a really small town where wargames culture is very low. I'm waiting for my sons to grow a little, I started some Heroquest play with them, but they prefer playing with LEGO.
I think I could say I'm preparing for the future.
FOR THE EMPEROR!!!!

I did the natural size one printed on regular paper. Another proof for me that laser print don't fit with papercrafting.

Hi everybody. No pictures here.
"What? Wait a minute...this is a gallery!!!" I hear you say...
I'm mainly a modeller, not a gamer, but I feel very stimulated to see wargames army that uses paper models (for vehicles) or entire armies made out of paper and cardboard, so I've started some by myself.
Now I need some motivation to go ahead and complete something because I have the bad habit to start a lot of project without reach any end and I think that share my progress with you will help me in this task.
Project in progress:
1) TAU (troops by Jim Hartmann, vehicles by Patorock). Progress state: something build
2) Ultramarine ( troops by Upsilonman, vehicles by Patoroch, Newobmij and Emass). Progress state: something build
3) Eldar ( Troops and vehicles by Jas-ta, Aaron and Newobmij). Progress state: something build
4) High Elves ( One Monk and Sirrob01). Progress state: something printed
5) Imperial Army/ Vostroyan/ Krieg (Patoroch). Progress state: something dreamed.
I'll try to make weekly update on progress, so pictures are coming.

I visit the site almost once a day, and I'm able to daownload every single model directly from the forum without going to download section and without registration, but accessing all old models by scrolling the entire forum will be a little frustrating;-)! If you have access to ARMORMAN thread on www.papermodelers.com or www.zealot.com (beware to the partecipation policy of those community) you'll be able to access to the models designed by NEWOBJIM ( personal site): easier to build than Patorock ones, but amazing! I asked him directly to some models, he is glad to share and to see them builded up.

This is my first humble attempt at scratchbuild interiors by myself. The Abandoned wizard tower has a very nice geometry, is a little small so I think it will become a home for a young wizard living all alone. I plan two floor, the lower for living and study; the upper for sleeping. I printed the walls twice and glued on cereal box cardboard ( I used a laser printer, but I don't like it much, colors are too shiny and every crease will leave a white line). I use a free wood tile from Fat Dragon to get the wood I need for floor and beams, and some modified fantasy furniture by Eddnic: a shorter version of bed, a more humble bookshelf and fireplace and the chest, where Wizzy puts all his precious things ('my precioussss'). I added two recesses for fireplace and chest, and simulate a third for the bookshelf. The two floors was connected by wood beams, and I also add beams to the roof And this is the tower in all his ...ehm... glory.

I've build the interiors of the Wizard Towers by myself, it turned out nice, but I think that the position of the upper windows is a little strange, too low if you want to make two floors. I'll post some pictures in a thread. If you look at the pictures of the house, you'll notice that the chimney is in the wrong place in relation to the fireplace and you'll ned some work to place it right.
Good models anyway, I,ll think I'll get the tavern reallty soon.

It looks great, even if I don't like ancient/roman/greek architecture too much... but I've bought almost everything else, so I have enough models for my building fever ;-)

I quote Sirrob01, the castle is really intriguing. I'm not a FFF (fold flat fan), but the overall look is good and the system seems to be easier the the WWG stuff... I'm looking for further images and details.

First of all, I have to say a great Thank You to mr. Volker for his models...
I've downloaded as many I can from Streetpaper, but I can't understand why some download link are striked, some other simply does not work, ad some other are leading to missing files...
... but I'm not (so) happy because I've missed all those nice nice Corvettes and Mustangs
