So the game components arrived for the DARKMOOK PAPER MINIATURES launch at Thought Bubble 2013. It has been a loooong 3 days of packaging, cd burning, sticker applying and cutting and sticking, with another 4 days to go! It should be well worth it in the end. Independant game companies don’t get much more small press than this! (If you are in Leeds UK 23rd and 24th November 2013, come and visit us at the Royal Armouries New Dock Hall table 135!) The SURVIVAL HORROR TABLETOP GAME set contains all the miniatures and bases and a full colour rulebook, as well as a cd with all the printed material and extra component files. The ZOMBIE FIGHTER set contains all the miniatures and bases,a full colour rulebook, playing tokens and high quality paper map board as well as a cd with all the printed material. They are priced at £12 and £10 respectively, or can be purchsed as a pair for £20 (plus p&p!) Once again for some reason I can't upload images (think it may be a browser issue) but images can be seen over at the DARKMOOK blog or FACEBOOK pages: darkmook.blogspot.co.uk/ www.facebook.com/DarkmookPaperMiniatures

Hi Rhannon! Fear not, your group of survivors is slowly growing (3 at present) but was sadly delayed in their travels due to my back issues! The bio-panzer, the Horror Hospital Expansion, and the "Merc" are all still on course, but we are looking at a December release I imagine due to preperation for the Thought Bubble convention. For the dungeon tiles, the first set will be in a generic 'bunker' style-stone floor, concrete style walls, with modern and fantasy doors so you can pick how to style it! For future releases I was thinking a kind of haunted house theme, steampunk, and perhaps an apartment block for my Future Cops to patrol...

The past several months have been pretty busy at DARKMOOK HQ preparing for the release of physical copies of the SURVIVAL HORROR TABLETOP GAME and the new ZOMBIE FIGHTER game. Final set component breakdowns and peripheries along with mock-ups of the final sets have been sent to the printers, and production will begin inearnest soon. It has been a long time for pre-production, and we have high hopes that the physical copies will be as popular as the downloads! Both sets are launching at Thought Bubble 2013 in Leeds, UK, 23 and 24 November thoughtbubblefestival.com/ We have also been working on some 'dungeon' tiles-basic bare bones corridor sections and rooms, with some door designs, to make up a game board ready to populate with your own scenery etc and not tied to any particular rule system. We are aiming to put these out at a relatively low price point and are working to sort out the final few details... For some reason I can't upload images (think it may be a browser issue) but images can be seen over at the DARKMOOK blog or FACEBOOK pages: darkmook.blogspot.co.uk/www.facebook.com/DarkmookPaperMiniatures

Oh, and hi spaceranger42! I tend to draw the figures at about 18cm high or so, scan the pencils, and ink and colour it in Photoshop. I then scale and add the black trim and fold tab!

I aim to please! Doing the test build today and then getting started on the other members of the gang.
And so glad you like the game! I have to say, when we play it usually ends with someone shooting someone and leaving them to the tender mercies of the Bioweapon! Played it with my wife's family before Christmas, and seeing my father and mother in law duke it out in the final moments was hilarious! ;D

Happy New Year folks (I realise it is a little late in the month, but...)! Things are chugging along with the minis and various gaming bits and bobs, but just thought I would post a sneak peek at the first SURVIVAL HORROR TABLETOP GAME Heroes expansion... This faithful hound will be both an independent playable character as well as being usable as a companion to one of the other four human figures in this pack. I am planning on this expansion set (and maybe one other) to be available before the Horror Hospital expansion pack and Zombie Fighter Game drop...

Hi folks! Thanks for the feedback-all very much appreciated! And thanks to Parduz there is ANOTHER file update-thanks for the catch on the misaligned doors! The Officer Vega character was for teh playtester physical copies I made, but decided to offer as a thank you to customers who have had to endure the teething problems. As that includes today's upload, just let me have your e-mail in a PM/ e-mail me directly and I will send the file!
To the questions-it is 1AP to turn a full 180 degrees, and this can be done at any time.
Parduz, I will add your questions to my FAQ list and post later today/tomorrow on the blog!

Hey zapasnik-good questions.
Diagonal movement and attacks are permitted.
A rear attack is targeted at the rear 3 edges of the octagonal base. The sides and front 3 edges are treated as a frontal attack.
Keep any questions coming and I will answer them here and compile a FAQ for the blog!
Cheers!
