Oooh.. Yeah, I like those proportions better as well. He also looks more undead than the original sketch. Nice!

"Mulemulein" - stubborn, thick-head, 'mulish'. Also, unpredictable, dangerous. I have no idea if that is a real word (haven't looked it up), but judging by content and context, I think the above could the meaning. I think if he is a hero, a special armor may be required. In D&DOnline, my character acquired a magical armor that was supple like leather, though as iron, shiny gun metal blue in sunlight and dull, shadowy black in the dark or dim light. It also gave me a +5 to AC. Something like this may work for him, what do you think? migibb, you are right about the scarf conveying a certain "lurkiness" but, I also like friendly/sinister skeleton grin...so, I'm torn.

I don't think "Skeletor" as much as I do "Undead Shredder."

Here is a 10 minute sketch of an old, familiar character, BUNZAI. Is it too much? Should I continue with it? Any thoughts? If this came out sideways, please overlook that.

Ok, I decided to revert to an old character from my Shadowrun/Cyberpunk days. Here he is... (in under an hour from a blank page to this)...

Yay for Wolverine-claws and punch dagger boots!! Do they only have a blade on one foot though? And why the left one......?

Looks like there is a blade on the right one, too, if you look closely. It's just his position and that wicked kick!

Yes, he has one on each foot. This character is all about blades and whirling attacks. As a Drow ("dark elf," if you will) he is about stealth, shadow and near invisibility. You seem to be overlooking the bladed gauntlets, too.

Here are some pictures of the figures in the new set. The Undead guy is going to get some extra grunge on him.

I need to grunge up the Undead hero a bit according to the concensus. This set is finally coming together.

No, it's fine. I get this a lot. Not sure why... You can simply type in "Grey Matter Games" (you will also see Grey Matter Figures, which isn't me) and you should be able to see it. BTW, I am glad to see you are relaunching your line, but keep the Lizardmen. They are GREAT! Here is the final version of the Undead Hero...

I had one favorite character that was a staple in my RPGs as a great NPC. He was a nemesis, enemy and eventually a hero, this is GREGOR THE CONQUEROR!

Loving the kung-fu robot!! Every game should have one!!
Not so sure about Gregor personally - a bit too much like The Beast out of the Disney movie for me....

Well, especially since he will be appearing next to the Kungstruct. Brief history of him... He was a pirate that worked for a faction of evil Cyber-Pirates. He stayed on and protected the Pirate King for years before becoming the first-mate. (He was a reoccurring character that would always save the King at the last second). When the heroes battled them at a later time, he was given the option to let the King be handed over to the heroes, or save him again. Seeing the pirate king's evil, twisted ways, and knowing that he was becoming more and more corrupt, dropped his weapons and disappeared into the shadows. The team captured the king, and turned him into the authorities. The next time the heroes encountered Gregor, now the "new" pirate king, they were facing a common enemy. Gregor quickly agreed to working with the heroes (that knew I liked to pull twists out of my sleeves), so they really didn't trust him. (My buddy, Pete, kept asking me what I was doing in between sessions). The team eventually twarted the crew, and had the choice to turn in Gregor, or let him go. The team leader agreed to let him go, because he and his pirates saved the day. (This tore up the players because they wanted the reward, but they knew that he was a "good" character). He actually worked with them several times, being the leader on some missions. Whenever someone made jokes, he would say (in my best Robbie Benson voice), "I am not amused." People still bust that up on me when I make a lame joke. For a while, I actually used him as my player character, and no one complained. He never was "too kind" as in the character he was designed after. He was more of the "pre-Belle" version all his life. And when Jaxi LeCree was out of line, I used the line, "But she's being so difficult." The party rolled their eyes and smiled. I will have to tell you about, "Techno Wars: The Musical" sometime! Gosh, I miss running RPGs!

Some quick posts of the colored figures: GREGOR THE CONQUEROR KUNGSTRUCT (Kung-Fu Construct) I wanted to show this back of the Kungstruct because I REALLY love the way the cape turned out.

Oh I really like the summoner. Though not completely sold on the skull clasp for his cloak.... Think I have been put off "skullz" by too much GW in my face in the past....

Hey Kila, don't take this the wrong way, but I think you got the legs the right length on the first try! Woot! I'm not sure what is going on with the roundish shape on the left bicep. It kind of makes his upper arm look crooked. Also the sword on his hip kind of looks like it curves around his body. I don't mind the skull broach and I like the way he is holding his staff. It will be easy to cut out and it makes for an interesting pose.

No offense taken. I am refining my technique, so things like small hands and stumpy legs should be a thing of the past.
The arm is a little awkward... Will try to clean that up in the coloring stage.
The sword is blocked by his coat. It will make sense on the rear view.
I am pretty darn excited about him. I love it when I draw a figure and it doesn't even look like mine (everyone has certain traits to their artwork that is almost like a fingerprint. If you know their work, then you can identify their work by things they do. Me, I do metal bands on bracers and armor (almost like Doctor Doom's), I almost always use fists, and the tell-tale short legs, small hands, and asymmetrical faces).
