There is a Adventure Goal mechanic in the basic game and there are three Scenario Packs available as add-ons. The Scenario Packs add new Adventure Goals that are specific to a storyline as well as adding new tiles, walls, monsters, etc.
In the meantime.. there will be a few new requested add-ons available for the last few days of the kickstarter designed to expand the main game. /posts/932345

I've been so busy the past couple of days, it's been hard to update on here. There are some new stretch goals that may interest people! A multi texture, multi layer wall set by none other than Lord Zsezse Works! They just made some beautiful walls. I am in awe of their mad skills. Seriously.. It's just amazing. This will be available at the $7,000 level. New Add-ons will be released tomorrow. I'm very excited about adding to this set! At the $8,000 level a set of four customizable Dwarf Mecha will fire your way to battle the dragon menace.

That is crazy. Drool. I love all things Zsezse. I'm a little afraid to see new add-ons tho. Resistance is futile...

The eldritch horror! The Mice! The Steampunk!
Argh, you are killing me here ... well at least my wallet.
Unless my count is off the "The whole Enchilada!" option includes 172 new figures + an unknown number of new figures from the three scenarios pack (+cards for all existing Okumarts figures, +52 tiles, +2 sets of 3D walls and other stuff).

Hi David! I'm really happy with the new add-ons. Thank you very much. I've already updated my pledge So this is just my doubt. This is not a criticism. But add-ons are not pledges they have a cost. And I don't understand what is the difference, that could entice other new backers to pledge, between the sum of individual add-ons and the "all in" ( enchilada ) add-on.

Once a KS campaign goes live I can't edit the pledges so extra stuff has to be done as add-ons. It's kind of annoying because people gave me so many good ideas during the campaign that I would have not considered at the start. That said, we have whipped by the 6,000 mark and are well on the way to 7,000 and the Lord Zsezse Works set. Coming up... Dwarf Mecha and then ? I will hopefully be able to show you tonight.

Add ons are basically incentives added after the Stretch Goals or not as necessary for the basic project. In some cases they are products that are already made. In my case they are for products added after the Stretch Goals.
Add ons are ... added on to the basic pledge cost. So if you are in for $25 you decide what add-ons you want and add the total of the add ons to the basic pledge. I think there is a way of increasing the pledge. I remember doing it repeatedly for the Reaper set as they added more stuff.
There is a survey sent out at the end of the campaign. You get to claim what add-ons you want and then I check it with the final cost. If all is hunky dory then I send you the add ons with the set. If it doesn't add up we see what the deal is. Most KS people accept Paypal after the KS for people who want the add-ons but forgot to get them during the KS. That happened to me with the second Reaper mini KS.
I hope that helps. D

Woot, we are halfway to the Lord Zsezse Works walls! $6602 including Paypal as of this morning. My Paypal setup for the new add-ons hit a snag this morning, hopefully I'll have it fixed by the end of the day.

The only KS exclusive set is the Dark Depths. There will be a few KS exclusive layers/bits, but mostly the material will be released in waves after the main game, probably starting in November.
The Lord Zsezse Works set is just about $20 away from happening. After that there will be 4 Dwarf Mecha and the next stretch goal comes from the amazing texture pool of Dave Graffam himself!
I can't wait to update the stretch goals!!!

Lots of news today. First, there was a flood in my backyard. I think we should be ok, but the water jumped the banks of a nearby pond and stream and things were really scary for a while. Then I couldn't figure out the coding on the paypal drop down menus for the new add-ons for Darkfast Dungeons, but I finally figured it out. Well, OK.. I didn't actually figure anything out. Who knew? Apparently it's easy to fix. I had no idea. It took a person with real computer experience to fix it. I owe someone lots of the beers apparently. And my Schmoopie, she was the key to figuring this out and she is away at a cottage this week! okumarts.com/darkfast-dungeons.htmlThere should be the new drop down menu at the bottom of the page for Paypal users and hopefully it should work just fine. We are still just out of range of our current stretch goal! Spread the word and let people know there is a paypal option. Sometimes that can make all the difference. The Wandering Monster should show up tomorrow! How exciting! A flood? Not as exciting as I want my life to get right now... Aaaaand.. Dave Graffam has provided some amazing textures to produce a Graffam Models Dungeon Set. It's the 9,000 stretch goal. The layers are full of wonder. OK.. off to sleep and then back to work on the last couple of days of this crazy adventure!

So, a question not for David, but for all those following the Kickstarter: If you could or already have David create a custom figure for you, what would it be?
Here is what I have currently in mind for mine: A female sun priest. Golden plate armour (well at least chest, rest can be chainmail) with a sun symbol on the chest, helmet with "rays" going off to the sides, white cape with sun symbol and a large double handed hammer.
What are your ideas?

Do the stretch goal walls replace the one of the Advanced level pledge, or the originals one are still needed (some support, joint... dunno)?

There is some content that you wouldn't get but otherwise the stretch goal walls would be about the same. There are some markers (secret doors, etc) that I'll have to make for the stretch goal sets that I forgot about. Thanks for reminding me.

In the midst of all the natural disaster and stretch goal reveals another wandering monster has arrived to mix things up. This one is a bit tougher than the rest and comes from the card game Dungeon Crawler. Who knew the creators of that game lived in the same city as I do? Small world much? Anyway, here is Greenknee the goblin. He is a very dangerous opponent. For the skirmish game replace summon undead with Orc or similar monster/figure. The final cards won't need to have as much info on them as there will be a rulebook and cheat sheets to refer to. /posts/938783

In fact I don't really need a specific rpg paper mini ( I have more need paper minis' squads for skirmish games but that's another story ). Basically I pledged in "custom set" level for supporting this project. So, for now, I haven't clear in my mind this figure. And surely I'm not going to look its details. For now I think about a warrior/mage that looks like a bit to a witch-hunter ( with gun ) ...

69 hours to go on the Darkfast Dungeons Kickstarter! I couldn't help myself, I just had to share these Previews of the Lord Zsezse Works walls that came in today! Sweeet! At this point (with Paypal) we are at $7900. Just about to the Dwarf Mecha! Let's see if we can get past the Dave Graffam Walls and onto the Treasure Trove of 100 game cards.

When I read Gosh, this is all terribly exciting all I could think of was Elizabeth from Blackadder for some reason.
Yes, the walls are looking great. I can't wait to build them myself.
