At another forum, someone asked Dave Winfield which was his favorite Koolwheelz model.
That got me thinking in two different directions
1) What is my favorite that I came up with? 2) What is my favorite that I have downloaded?
Not an easy question to answer, I know, and it's a question that probably has a different answer over time, if not day-to-day
So, for the designers out there, what's your favorite personal design and why?
For everyone, what is your favorite design and why?

The Harvard House is my favorite design, though I would like to go back and improve it now that I am a bit better.
It's the first thing I put together all on my own, yet it is better than some models I have seen that are for purchase, but still should be better.
So many models out there are outstanding. Dave's original Tumbler was the first model I did to receive the coveted response 'That's made of paper!' Dave Graffam, Glenn Williams, Christopher Roe, Marcos Hidalgo, Dave Winfield and Tommygun are among my favorite designers. The sheer volume of work at a high standard is overwhelming. But my favorite model is the ginremokei Mazda Eunos. To achieve the complex shape in a simple model still amazes me. I wish his site was still around.

I need to create a builder's version of this thread... "By designer, what is your Best to kitbash?" (Don't answer these here.) I'm on a plane so I'll do it in my hotel room tonight...

That is a great point. I knew this would have people thinking
But it isn't really a question of 'Best' either. Instead, 'Favorite'
I have a fantastic plane model I have yet to build. If I remember correctly there was close to 50 pages of illustrated instructions. It has close to 1000 parts. From what I've heard from folks who built it, fit was exceptional. Instructions were near perfect. Is that best? Not if I never build it.
Favorite can be a model you treasure, or one you know will be enjoyed, so you've given away several copies of it. It could just have been a pleasurable/detailed/advanced/useful/surprisingly good build. It can be one that you built that you simply admire. It's all subjective.
By going with favorite, not best, I was hoping to not step on anyone's toes. I have a lot of great figures and models, but I also have favorites
