Hagrid's Hut -- Movies I & II

Nineteen hours since the last post. We can't have that.

Haven't sat still on this, but haven't done much, either. Needed two more tiles, but didn't need the extra bases on the tile page.



So, since I didn't want to print my extras page just to get my new Hagrid and new chopping stump, I made a new tile page with Hagrid and the stump, but that left blank space, so I added the sidecar and a couple Buckbeak wings to laminate and give depth. Printed and Hagrid and stump are much better.

For the next tile page, I thought I might make a 2.5d Buckbeak with wings partially spread



And that got me thinking about flying Buckbeak. Does one need three Buckbeak's? Probably not, but having worked out a way to do the one set of wings ...

And I worked on the backdrops

I'm trying to figure out where I'd put it on the templates. I doubt a hippogriff would be all that useful in-game, but in each of my little projects, I will get an idea that works. Hut is good. Extras are okay, but I really like this little guy

At some point, I want to do one with wings fully extended, and a version with one landing, attacking something, but that won't be for Papercuts

Found a place for the 2.5d hippogriff, with a little moving things about on the pages. Printing the left side of the backdrop which I have decided to overlap join to the center section. I'd originally planned on three-piece backdrop, but two will suffice. Set up additional light sources. So when I finish the backdrop and take photos tonight, I'll post the final templates.

In the Papercuts Entry thread, it has been brought up that I could do an interior for this. And I'm seriously considering doing it, but I want to consider it as a Deluxe set. I also want to change the cap on the chimney, but only on the deluxe version

As a Deluxe version, I can almost justify it
