I wish I knew where to find this one Ironically, THAT is exactly what I need... I may just need to build one.

I know there are Stoelzel's Structures, but I haven't heard or seen much of what people think of them.

I really want to build a Victorian London tabletop for when my friends are able to return after COVID. Are there any forum buildings that I'm forgetting about? Aside from train set stuff, this seems to be a hard to find genre which is puzzling to me.

I dusted off the Wilderness files and should have the backs done next week, then the cards.

Thank you, sir. And they still haven't let Mom know what time her surgery is set for in the morning. Just a little more craziness to pile onto everything else. Keeping you in my thoughts! Hoping that things go smoothly.

Some of the Wilderness assests have required a bit more work, but I am working on them. I'm glad the Garafrax minis were enjoyed. I really like that setting.

I am so sorry to hear this! I have created sets of minis in similar times, but I haven't been hurt physically myself. Your work is important for us and for you. We appreciate you and your work.

#2 and #6 are VERY interesting... Dear friends! I haven't written about the project plans for a long time. So I wanted to talk a little about this. Recently, I completely finished all the work with the infantry of the Steel Warrior world. Now all 36 sets have been uploaded and published. There are still a lot of models that I would like to make, but I decided that I am officially finishing work on the project "Steel Warriors - Battle of the Empire". The reason is simple - over the years, a lot of project fatigue has accumulated. Now I want to switch to other shorter projects. And it also does not mean that there will be no more models for the Steel Warriors - I will gradually finish the entire list, but now this project will not be a priority. I think I will be able to do several models a year. Over the years, I have accumulated many ideas for small projects that I have long wanted to implement: 1. Free set of miniatures for the game Caliber. 2. Board game about special forces in the setting of the Steel Warriors. I'm not sure if I can make good rules, but I will make good figures for sure 3. The project about the designer of combat robots, I most likely will not develop - almost no one needs paper models in unpopular settings. 4. A set of environments for the world of Steel Warriors (and not only) - it's high time to finish the set with trees and bushes. 5. Soviet board game Admiral, which was developed in the 80s by students of the Institute of Physics and Technology and is based on the rules of Stratego. This is a game from my childhood that I would like to share. The rules are simplified, I have all the materials ready for publication, I only need to translate the rules. 6. Various mini-sets of 2D miniatures on a sci-fi theme. 7. 3 Steel Warriors retro sets - 2010, 2011, 2013

Such a massive and worthy undertaking. I am so very impressed. I really love these sets and can't wait to start using them more often in my games. Thank you for this wonderful gift.

I wonder if any of you here received the email sent via OBS from PERMES (there was a Week-long promotion information with discount links in it - vide attached pic) ? I'm afraid that something went wrong and emails from them aren't being sent or somehow do not reach recipient inboxes. I'll of course contact support, but firstly I'd like to make sure, because maybe these emails arrive late, or so... I got this this morning around 11:03 am local time.

If I might suggest. Everything on a table does Not need to match, but on a table, you don't usually want one piece to not match. Try to think in terms of sets. Three to four minis that go together. And three to four minis that can be foes of the first set. That's great advice.

I would think it would be fun to have a whole set of big guys with torches and eyepatches. Style is such a subjective thing. What works is when it all comes together on the table. I like those soldier guys.

Oo ... Musket and Mayhem would make a nice category that could absorb many great concepts Still thinking about it...

I gotta be honest - you have so many categories, I don't usually know what is where. :-P Exactly, I need to streamline a bit. I don't mind expanding the concept of Plunder to include Swashbuckling, Colonial America, and anything else that falls in a Musket and Mayhem era.

I agree. Shep always asked about modding my minis for his Trek games and finally, I said exactly the same thing, "If you are passionate enough to put in the time and effort to mod the minis please have fun, do so and create even more awesome minis for people to enjoy!" I know he shared that same philosophy. That DIY cooperative approach is what got me into paper minis and papercraft in the first place.

2020 ends with a sad but fond farewell to our friend and fellow artist Shep; aka Walter Milani-Muller. Shep was inspiring, energetic, and prolific both in his creations and in praising the works of his fellow artists. This Forum Hoard is inspired by and dedicated to Shep who has, "Boldly gone before". Bless you Shep, you are missed. FH194All of the entries contained herein have also been distributed throughout the site to their relevant pages. Thank you!
