Writing has taken a bit longer and the book will be a bit bigger, but it will be well worth it. I think GMs AND players will get a lot out of this book.

Yay, the return to Darkfast! The kobolds look nice. Luckily this is coming out right when I have just returned to playing Pathfinder. I sure would love to see a stand alone Gnoll collection, hint hint . I really like the Gnoll in the sampler.

onemonkeybeau : Yep, it's a book with a set of paper minis. audrey : Gnolls are on the list of 'monster' types to develop. I have also been playtesting Darkfast Dungeons, basically similar to Katana Schoolgirls, except with fantasy heroes, monsters and magic. I am currently finishing my editing and fine tuning of the classes for the Kobold book.

I am excited to get this finished.. hmm.. probably sometime late next week at this rate. I'm sort of taking it easy these last few days of summer holidays. I worked very hard all summer. Today I was in my class setting up for next week, at the comic book store and tonight I'm off to vote in a provincial by-election and then hang out with my girlfriend. Lazy days of summer indeed.

Things are going well with the Kobold book/set, but there are three sets that are much farther along and editing the book has become kind of a time-sink. It becomes more about making sure I can get stuff out there in a timely fashion than grinding down a project until it is ready. There will be a few more sets out first, then this set. There is an old expression that says if you chase two rabbits you will lose them both. In my case it's more like six or seven rabbits. I guess I'm lucky I get anything done at all.

I FORCE myself to chase only one rabbit... I stalk it, hunt it and wring the life out of it and as soon as I get my hands on it, I start looking for other rabbits to hunt. My wife doesn't share my enthusiasm for this any longer.

I can relate to that, I'm glad it is still in your plans to do, Kobolds are in my top 5 favorite monsters/critters

Kobolds are back on track. I'm hoping for a release in two to three weeks! Sorry for the delay. There were a few other sets that were farther along and this one needed time to percolate.

I know that I am a bit late to the party but just bought and printed out the orc tribe set. Simply awesome. I love how you have preserved the classic Dungeons and dragons porcine feel without them looking simply like porky pig in armor. I will be getting alot of use out of these. I have a question if I may,Do you have any plans on any further orc sets? I was thinking shamans and chieftins/leaders

More orcs will appear in the Humanoids set (to be named) and in the Darkfast Dungeons Mini Game. I'll keep your requests in mind. I'm really glad you are liking the old school feel.
