I plan on doing the EZer Reading on Sunday, along with my widened circus wagons If I get motivated, I might have it done for you by then! My current work on it now includes some of your pieces

I found one more error, and a helpful tip on the revised Vardos. The tab positions on the roof are wrong as drafted on the original template. I'll upload the corrected version sometime over the next few days. I also think that adjusting the contrast +25% looks a lot better on my screen. That will also be included in my next file.

I never understood why they had the door on the back and the window behind the driver position. I guess they did that so that you wouldn't have to cross the bench to get in, but I never saw a vardo with a bench either

Here is my EZer-build for the Reading wagon. I made the axles as single blocks instead of stacks of two, I incorporated the suspension onto the wheels, I darkened the back side of the wheels, and I returned to the two-sided horse poles and cratch. I also increased the size 10% to better match my models.

I really enjoyed the Vardos. Not real sure why I didn't do the other versions. After this hoard, I need to take a short break from designing and just build some other folks' stuff, but since I plan on doing the 'Ticket Office' Vardo for the hoard, I can see the Vardos being picked up again

I have a "usage" question about the gypsy wagons: would an individual caravan/group/troupe all use the same kind of wagon (Reading, Burton, etc) or would there be a mix of styles involved? From a practical gaming build/usage point of view, we have the Reading in several colors (thank you Vermin King,) and the Ledge in one color (Madame Eva's Caravan, thank you cowboycentaur.) I am guessing it will be a while before we see the Burton or Bow Top? BTW, I am doing another mod on Madame Eva's, removing the bench and switching the front and back, so the door will be on the front. I will also work on a stair for the front of the Reading.

In a group, there will be a preferred style that is mostly used, but not everyone will share that preference or be able to afford it, so there would be a few wagons of a different type or two. Madame Eva's caravan isn't really a ledge either. It is more like a cross between a Reading and a Burton. John Lennon's vardo was a similar cross. John Marsden did a yellow version of the FiddlersGreen caravan and a bow top, but I only have previews of them

Since a Burton's wheels are under the main body, it would lend itself to an EZ-Bild. Even a Ledge could be done that way, sort of By doing EZ-Bild up to the waistboard, and fitting a more Reading-like cabin on top.

How about colors? Would wagons in a caravan be similarly colored, or all different colors?
Thank you.

It's like the style question. There will be a group preference towards one color or another, but the Romani people were a proud people, not answerable to others and wanting to show that their individuality was something to be proud of. If bright colors are the preference, someone will have a brown one to show he is different.
Speaking of the Romani, I'm watching 'The Magnificent Seven' with Yul Brynner

Thank you. I'm going to do a little more work and planning. I think a double thick wheel to go over each wheel on Madame Eva's might tie it in better visually with the EZ Reading.
