I love the idea of providing a three stage version. Makes the set feel more useful, even if you are like me and unlikely to ever use any of them - you still feel like it is a bargain and you should add it to your "just in case" file! Plus, they look awesome. Well done, that man!

No, the one you downloaded is the print resolution one; I'm talking about when I put it in my open DeviantArt Gallery; people don't bother to read the description and use the download button, they just right-click the preview image like a thief and idiot and get a lower resolution image. If they use the download button, it logs that they've downloaded the image, and they get the highest resolution version. I don't put very many files up on DeviantArt with the intention of allowing downloads, but when I do they all fail epically at acquiring the files.. Apologies for resurrecting this dormant comment - but I wanted you to know that A) I think your Mystery Gang is awesome, and B) I downloaded it, all official like! Cheers!

No worries - I'm not giving up, just...er, ...re-assessing my skill set. I will give the old M11 a try, and doubtless glory will await!

You know - this thread inspired me to have a go at making my very first paper vehicle! I downloaded the Onager, printed it out, and was having a great old time..., until I tried to put it together. Don't get me wrong, the model is awesome, and about as straightforward as you can get (I imagine)..., I just apparently suck at paper modeling. The results are..., less than spectacular. I haven't even attempted to fit the curved wheel tracks, as my battered ego can't take it just yet. I can see that I am going to have a great deal of fun getting up to speed on my "glue this tap to that part while simultaneously holding three other angles together" skill set.

This is a nice find, and I have to say, the web-page is fascinating. I am always impressed by the ingenuity and skills out there on the net. I have no need for an animator/coder/prop designer, but if I did I would totally contact this guy. Good stuff, all round.

I apologize for resurrecting long dead threads, but these are awesome. I have been overdosing on "Black Sails" for the past month or so, and these Treasure Island flats are ship shape and Bristol fashion! Now I just need to find some undead pirate skills, and I'm away!

They do? I mean..., yes, of course they do! Perhaps you could let those sad, lonely individuals who DIDN't know exactly where to find this basic and totally normal function that we all know about already.., asking for a friend...

I don't know what Prime is... maybe some googling is required. Prime is a "membership" type deal (which I get for free as a student - Huzzah!), and it means that Prime goods have free shipping. It also has a streaming video and music service, and so forth.

Interesting to see the thinking behind the process. I recon that #4 is a solid choice all around, as there as just so many awesome 50s (and earlier) monsters to choose from. Giant ants, Robby the Robot, Gort, and whatever the hell this is: So much retro pulpy goodness out there! Did any of you guys ever read "Dan Dare - Pilot of the Future" - Very British, but with one of the greatest alien bad-guys of all time - The Mekon!

OMG - this is awesome. One question..., how do you save the image? Is it just a matter of doing a screen grab, or is there another way that folks are using and I'm just too dim to recognize?
