Apologies this is really taking a long time, I have quite restricted time and I'm working on it every moment I can. I do deviate every now and again just to clear the head. One reason this is taking longer is due to the weapons and rocket packs, most of the rocket packs needs a perspective redraw. Im planning on releasing the weapons and rocket packs as a stand alone modding pack and most figures moving forward will be using these weapons or a modification of them. So far I have: 1. pistol 2. Long Barrel Pistol 3. Knife gun 4. Sword Gun (need to adjust length, its to long) 5. Flame Thrower 6. Sniper Rifle 7. Machine / Grenade Launcher 8. Big Bomb 9. Big mountable 4 barrel Machine Gun I would love to offer a layerd PDF to config the weapons for each character but I have 2 mayor stumbling blocks: 1. I just cant find an efficient way of doing it, there is lost of stuff on how to create layered PDFs but none of them is working for me. I use Photoshop to draw and paint them. 2. Time. So im planning on releasing the figs with 3 combination of weapons for each fig. so 1 fig mirrored with 3 weapon combos in 6 colours so it will be 36 figs from one fig. there is 6 figs in the set so 216 fig. help, advice and feedback always welcome. LOL I have never realised but its correct.
Vermink is the act (verb) of being horribly disfigured often used to describe burn victims.
And Verminking is when you talk about the actual injury itself.

Have anyone played the game enslaved? i bought it because it was going cheap and had no idea what it was...
to my delight it was two people fighting mechs through a post apocalyptic new york... ans i could not help but think that someone must have made a tabletop game like that...
anyone aware of something like that? will make great scenario based game.

Very Nice.. I really love the style! I've tried doing stuff in that style but its really hard and i failed terribly lol... nice work!
My assassin was based on an amalgamation of two characters.
Caim from Shadow Saga by John Sprunk and Haern from David Dalglish's The World of Dezrel series of books...
Im actually going to check out the Witcher's books sounds interesting.
I must say i do love the whole stealth and shaddow lurking books and games. Not much one for brute force, axe and longsword destruction... I always play and assassin or rogue...

LOL... well give me some more detailed info on the assasin and who knows what can happen between now and the weekend ;-)
aaaaannnd to go back on topic... im abandoning this guy, my biggest problem is that what I envisioned was a lot different from what came out of my pen. I saw him as dropping grenades from up high... but ow he looks like a gimp footed constipated floating man that took an arrow to the knee whilst holding a Faberge egg... I achieved what i wanted with the other 6 figs... so im happy, maybe ill add the grenade as a configurable weapon...

well as a content creator I create content to be used by other people... The biggest enjoyment i get is actually seeing people use it and searching for it when its gone....
One of the reasons I have come out of paper modeling retirement was because of someone showing such an interest and support in my historic work and they could probably not find it on wayback machine. im not naming names but we all know who loves suing wayback machine ;-)
Anyway i digress, If I put up something as free and i did not explicitly say on the actual design that its not for redistribution then it will be fair game as that is exactly what i intended it to be.
However what would severely peeve me off is if something i put up for free went on sale by someone else, today, tomorrow or in ten years time... whether i abandoned it or not. It would severely demotivate and demoralize me.
Its broadly speaking one of the reasons i went into "design retirement" a few years back.
as to the issue of law.... this is a tricky one... data is governed by the laws of the country its hosted in, well in theory but due to all kinds of laws being passed such as sopa and the like its now a grey area.
but no matter what... in the end of the day, if something was put up for free and is used for non profit based activities and in no way is used in a defamatory way to the creator ... there is absolutely noting noone can get upset about.

lol thanks guys you make complete and utter sense and stopped me from doing something silly... Yea I think I'll take some of the best ones for the free basing instructions... I have to up the quality of that as well as the current one was a "o fiddly sticks i need instructions"... Would you guys then say I give away the best one in one color and no configuration options or limited configurations as in 2 weapons? anyway... here is the offending figure...

ha thanks as always Kill...
yea i dont think ill ever do a 3 fig flip and colour set... for some reason my brain keeps telling me 6 figs per set... For the rocket troopers i actually have 7 but one came out sub standard and something is just wonky and off about him.. so ill give it away with the free assembly instructions...

oh forgot to add, I know Mesper suggested removing the string, but seeing it without the string makes it feel a bit unfinished. How about putting the string back but moving it slightly so that its over the leg thus removing the need for an outline?

Thanks!!!
Im really liking these too, having great fun with them. All that remains to do is the smoke, rocket packs and coloring the weapons
Im going to try two things with it... a "print and play" and a configure weapons and play... so it might actually make this a big set...
6 figs + 6 reversed in 6 colours with predefined weapons. and then 6 figs + 6 reveresed in 6 colours + 6 smoke trails with 6 interchangeable weapons...
Weapons are: Big Bomb, Handgun, Grenade launcher, Flame thrower, sniper rifle and gun-sword.
so thats like a bazillion variations.
Im no a fan of using layers so it will be an interesting challenge.

Thats correct, sorry i should have clarified that better. It will be a single figure out of each planned set. In hindsight I should have done that before running the poll.
It wont quite be clockwork egyptians as such, but egyptians that use the egyptian mythology to drive fear into the enemies. So imagine a human wearing a helmet shaped like Anubis with a mechanical arm. etc
HAHA it seems Ninja's is next on the list followed by Heavy Shock Troopers then the british redcoats...
