It just clicked that you are running Ravenloft for Halloween. I hope the gameplay lives up to your terrain becaouse it looks like it is going to be epic! We had a blast! Here the group found the last treasure in Strahd Throne Room. The Holy Simbol of Ravenkind! The final confrontation in Strahd's Tomb. Why it's full of deer!? Well, the group did find the teleporting firepit in the dungeon level and the Druid just summoned a herd of deer to fight Strahd before teleporting to his tomb. The barbarian took initiative and somehow got two Critical hits before anyone else could move. It was indeed epic.

I'm making Tiles for all of Castle Ravenloft. Except the catacombs, they are too large for tiles. I'll do them in the dry-erase mat, but I made tiles for each crypt. The Main Floor: The Court of the Count: The Rooms of Weeping: There's some more tiles for the spires and for the underground levels, but I was test fitting the main keep only. The tiles where created from Jon Pintar's VTT map of the castle, wich he provides for free here: jonpintar.com/store/XmKbL/castle-ravenloft-realistic-vtt-maps

I needed a bunch of statues for the Ravenloft halls. I uncolored and put a stone texture on the Codex Manesse figures by Mad Architect. Since they where based on medieval illustrations, they serve perfectly as stone sculptures.

I already posted it with the brides, but since this one has a back, I'll post him here as well. Rahadin, the right-hand-elf of Strahd.

All the furniture I made for Castle Ravenloft: Carriage by WorldWorks Games (I will make the other one that I uploaded in another thread also) Throne, chairs, sofas and furniture for the audience room, chapel, bedchambers and study. Bath for the Bathroom. Fireplace for the Study. Also by WorldWorks Games. Coffins for the Catacombs, by Kev's Lounge. Rack for the Dungeon, by Eddnic. Stacks of chests, barrels, sacks, for hidden treasure or simply debris. Between Eddnic Dungeon Furniture, Crooked Staff, WorldWorks Interiors Castles, Kev's Lounge and some Dave Graffan Models, I have almost everything to put in the castle.

In the Adventure Strahd will invite the characters to his Castle in a Black Carriage. I had one from WorldWorks, but I find it a bit fiddly to build, so I got one from a scan of the Illustreret Familie-Journal from 1923, and recolored it a bit. I wish that I could credit the author but all I know is that he signed his drawings as H.C.M. The black rectangle between the illustration of the finished model is to remake the carriage roof, that has the cuts for the carriage decorative trims in it.

I found these amazing illustrations of the Strahd consorts, made by copypastus on Tumblr, and had to turn them into paper miniatures for my Curse of Strahd campaign. Curse of Strahd ConsortsUnfortunately these don't have backs, and I haven't the skill to make those.

Now in D&D 5e when simple skeletons aren't enough, they put these Minotaur Skeletons instead. Since I didn't have nor find a Minotaur Skeleton Miniature, I took some of the One Monk pieces and made some kitbashed Skeletons.

I'm narrating Ghosts of Saltmarsh now. First in-person table since THE EVENT, and I'm putting my miniatures to use again. I needed some bullywug spear manfrogs, and edited a little the Humanoid Animals set from Jim. So there you have it: Maybe next I edit the Land Shark, because soon the group will face the Sahuagin and their avatar of their Shark God.

This isn't a project by me. It's more a passing of the torch. It's the first project of my daughter, who designed all the parts from scratch. This is what she wanted to do:

Someone javier, hackbarth? once shared figures they had their students make in art class. I think the top one is one of those. I "made" the last one, mounting the front/back illustrations from a boardgame.

It depends on what you call cartoon like. Too much cartoony, with big heads and hands and short body, wouldn't mesh with the other figures I use. Too realistic also would have the problem. The style of abstraction used in comics is more or less what I prefer.
The Better outline is black, but is super easy to have both options.
Front and back. If the miniature only has front and the back is mirrored, it isn't a paper miniature, it's an illustration.
The majority of figures in this forum are simple characters, but I have seen some mobs done well.

I've seen a notice about his passing in other forum, but didn't know he was Shep.
This brings much closer to home. He will be missed here, among other places. We may be continents apart but in exchanging so much of our shared interests feels the same as a friend of the offline kind passing away.

This one isn't Star Trek, but doesn't it look the part? It's constructed in an intersecting planes method, just like the Animated series Federation Cargo Ship. I'll post photos when I print and build it.

I can't see what is the blister packs. They look all the same.
Maybe keep the blister pack but use only one figure so that the content is easily recognized.
Remember that you are in a "store shelf" with dozens of other products, we need to see what your is with a glance.
