World Works games currently have the best paper trees. I have a whole forest from the Hinterland set. Their Swamp Wood Village has one maybe two types of swamp tree.
Fat Dragon Games has a set almost identical to Hinterlands, but it uses pictures of flock for the trees, not as detailed in my opinion but some people seem to prefer that way of texturing. I've purchased both sets and as soon as I get around to making GSD's for the FDG set I will integrate them for more variety.
WWG Skull Cove has tall grass and palm trees.
There was another set of paper trees on RPG Now that I purchased years ago. They are okay, but I never ended up using them.
The great thing about paper trees, bushes, etc. is the more you have and the larger the variety, the more realistic it looks. ;D
Personally I would like to see Alien Vegetation. Large Horse Tails and other prehistoric plants, as well as the truly odd.

I'm of Scottish background and I started learning the Bag Pipes when I first came up with it. I have since stopped practising for various reasons but the name stuck as most people recognise it in the hobby.

I love the bug horde and that is why I'm glad I have my craft robo. It would take me too long to cut out 25-50 bug models! Plus being a full time student and full time father of four does not leave me a lot of time these days!
I'd like to see more pictures of the bugs!

Some one on this board posted this picture However I can not find the original thread (my search fu is weak) I want to say thank you and I stole your idea for some fillable pdf data card forms for the game [glow=red,2,300]No Limits[/glow]. That is not the current version. You can see the thread HERE and download them from DUNGEON CRAWLERS. I plan on using them for my BUG WAR game using paper miniatures found here and at Ebbles Miniatures. So any ways thank you to whoever came up with this simple but effective wheel.

I have an EPSON SX200 and I use generic High Yield ink. I believe I changed the Cyan and Yellow once each for that board. So one and a half cartridges, give or take.
My request for large bug models is still open. Mel has the marines side covered but I'd like more bugs. Any help or pointers would be cool.

So after 3+ years of talking about it I am finally building my Bug War models. I'm using No Limits rules The Bug War models are from Ebbles Miniatures. He has two different bug sets. The soldier models you can get free from One MonkMy current plan is to make an army consisting of these models MarinesInfantry: * Floyd's Gun Crawl figures. * XM644 Achilles Battle suits Heavy Support: * Ares Vulcan * Kogura H8 Gorilla (not yet released) * Patrol Vehicles (not yet released) * Dassault Marchand Crotale IV * VG-11 Hummingbird VTOLTransport: * Ares Meteor ODV * M722 Light Expeditionary Vehicle * UD-41 Utility Dropship * VU-22 PercheronBUGS (from the two different bug sets. Links at top of post)Infantry: * Zygote * Goliath Scuttler * Original Scuttler * Slasher * Xenosaurs Heavy Support: * Reaper * Scytonid * Warrior Bug * SSBAW So I need to pick up these models yet Kogura H8 Gorilla (not yet released) Patrol Vehicles (not yet released) M722 Light Expeditionary Vehicle UD-41 Utility Dropship VU-22 Percheron Convoy Now thank goodness I have Jim's Warrior Bug model, but is there any other bug models I can use? Preferably 2.5D but right now I won't be too picky. I've looked at the Cannon Papercraft but they don't really fit the feel of Alien Bugs. I will use them if I can not find anything else.

Having now gone through two hard drives this year so far I can sympathise with your predicament.
I now have a 250GB internal for my O/S and main programs. A 500GB for data and a 1TB external to back both of them up. I'm not taking any more chances.

I'm very jealous! I'm a big fan of Mage Knight, Mage Knight Dungeons and MechWarrior Age of Destruction. Although I do not have as many figures as you!
I really want to expand my MKD figures. I've started to get Heroscape figures and place them on combat dials.
We have some Mage Knight, MKD and MWAoD stuff over at dungeoncrawlers.com if you interested.

That is good news. I have to wait for the new year before I purchase any figures, but I'm going to be needing the Dungeon Monsters, Cave Monsters, and the Undead figures for my GURPS campaigns. I honestly prefer paper miniatures, just wish there were more available!

I've never played the game, but I have picked up some of their models on ebay. I've placed a few of the dragons on Mage Knight Calvary bases.
The miniatures are really nice.

We bounce around a bit. Wargames: 40K Board Games: Mage Knight Dungeons RPG's: GURPS using paper terrain and paper miniatures! - Currently doing GURPS Dungeon Fantasy for when we just want an old fashion hack and slash.
- Then my own campaign of GURPS Fantasy where there are no horses only Dinosaurs (need 2.5D Dinosaurs with riders HINT HINT).
- Then we are doing Fallout London. A continuation of the post apocalypse game set in London and the surrounding area.

Dial CardI had to really dig for this. A member from Dungeon Crawlers years ago shared this with us. It was meant for experience if I can remember correctly (we lost the old site to a hack). Freely given, freely shared.

I like the Faeries so far! My Gurps campaign is run different than traditional fantasy RPG's. Instead of Gods there is Animism or spirit worship. The spirits in question are Faeries. Good and Bad.
These will work perfectly with my campaign.
