Aside from my 'introductions' message, this is my first real post here - so hello all! Anyway, here's a quick look at some of the stuff I've been working on recently... (reaper bones mini shown for scale)

Quick question (since I'm still rather new here)...
...is it OK to post a link to my latest instructions video (and associated 'pay-what-you-want' pdf file) in the news & announcements section?
Or should I just keep all of my stuff to this one post?

Sure it is okay.
Creating long posts sometimes makes it hard to find what you are looking for, so I would do separate announcements

So I just recently came across your work and videos and I have to say that I am really impressed and inspired by them. But not only that, my partner is also impressed as well. She is thinking of GMing a game or two for the first time, and didn't want to go as all out as I have been with fully 3d walls and such. She saw your videos and immediately said "That is my type of terrain!". So well done. You have something fantastic here, and I sincerely hope you continue to create more.

But on the other hand, it helps add to the feel. Great pieces that anyone can do.
I've mentioned it elsewhere, but I got into paper models because I help churches, colleges, and other groups with decorations for events. Well, I used to. I generally would find coloring pages that I would blow up on newsprint and then paint. Cut around the border and affix to the wall, and it looks like it is painted on the wall. And I would do low-profile 3d pieces to add to the feel.
Then there was the unmoveable organ. We were doing a New York theme and the organ is sitting out there. So I was looking at taxis and found a papercraft taxi. Blew it up using an overhead projector onto corrugated cardboard, and voila!
That's probably why I noticed the corrugated cardboard. It is an unusual medium to work with. What I did was make a glue/flour paste and fill it in, then paint over. Maybe not the best solution, but it worked

hi !!! wonderfull work!!! but ... why dont you wrap black paper around the cardboard sides? ^^ it wuld be even more wonderfull!!!! There's a couple of reasons. The first is because I do these as video tutorials over on my youtube channel ...and the aim is to make them as easy as possible to put together (so that anyone can have reasonable looking tiles/terrain in their game with minimal effort - as my target audience is RPG GMs ...and they've usually got enough on their plate prepping for the next session and so on).
The other reason is because I'm more of a speedbuilder, and I treat the ones I make myself as semi-disposable (as they're just gonna get tossed into a box on the journey to the game, and then be at the mercy of clumsy players) ...so I don't really worry about them too much (i.e. if a tile gets damaged, it just takes a minute or two to make a replacement).
However, if folks want to go the extra mile, I supply everything as textures (rather than set pieces) - so if someone wants to hide the corrugation with more 'wall texture' for example, they can easily do that

Textures are good for almost anything. Using them to make ruins for frostgrave.
Edit:btw these textures are from the walls and floors set

Nice. I've made some smaller ruins myself ...but I used the 'pillars' textures. I'll have to take some photo's the next time my desk is empty

Next up are some alcoves and niches that I've just finished putting together...
...and the aim of these is to provide some decoration for passage tiles - without it taking up any playable space

...how... Great work! I have no clue how human hands can create something so detailed. I can't cut a circle.
