Wow, I really like them, especially the minimalistic syle. They can be used for any massed figured rules. Getting Pokémon vibe, though

Have you tried the Search bar under "My Library"? For example, if you type in "Graffam", then it will limit the list to only Dave Graffam's stuff, so if there is a 27-page limit, it should show everything.
Have you tried contacting Wargame Vault by email and explaining things to them? They should have the full record of all your purchases.

Hi! Came across this post on a Google search and hadn't even thought of papercraft as an option for DnD. Is it possible to share where you got the resources from to do this or is there some software you used etc? Welcome to the jungle forums. There is so much stuff here, you could build an entire world out of paper. What sort of things are you interested in?

My work space is the same 4' x 2' desk as my computer desk, which taking into account the monitor, laptop, etc etc... reduced down to about 1½' by 2½' of useable space.

I am nearing completion of the figures for my French Foreign Legion roleplaying / wargaming campaign. WHile the FFL will be the centerpiece, and the source for most of the PCs, other aspects of Africa (both native and invader) will also be present. For villagers, I think the imperfect desert dwellers will be nice, but didn't somebody also do a set of native African villagers at some point? I was sure I had seen it here, and, like an idiot, I should have grabbed it and didn't. I don't know about African villagers, but there are few sets of north African tribesman type figures in the Forum Hoards: onemonk.com/fh-2010.html #70/71, #78-80 onemonk.com/fh-2013.html #107 Don't know if they are what you are looking for.

From the Kharmah tribe. Known throughout the jungle lands for their hit and run tactics, as immortalised in the tribal song: "Kharmah! Kharmah! Khamah Chameleon, You come and go, You come and go oh oh!"

And remember, if the Mrs is like "Are you printing stuff again?" You can point out that you need to print something every few days, or the heads dry out...

When I had to replace our printer last year, we got an Epson ET-2720.
The main thing was that it uses ink tanks instead of cartridges. Although the base price was higher, about EUR 170, compared to an Epson cartridge printer on the same shelf (which was about EUR 70), the ink is so much cheaper.
A set of bottles costs a little bit more than a set of cartridges, but the where the cartridges can have about 10 ml (even less if you get the ones with three colours in one cartridge), the ink bottles for the tanks can have over 100 ml.
The overall cost of ownership is much, much lower.
I no longer feel guilty about printing up test pieces!

Back when I was a young arseling, I used to make plastic model kits. I really liked the Matchbox WWII vehicle kits, as they often had a diarama with them, for example the PzKpfw II: Weeeeell... it was a bit over my skill level, for the time limit. I left out the crater. I didn't want to just copy/paste the model and posterise it , rather I need to practice using layers, filters and just about everything else as well. This was done using a combination of LibreOffice Draw and GIMP. The Fourth Doctor and Sarah Jane visit Tunisia, 1941. Figures by Sir Dave O and TARDIS by me.

Well, my crater is not happening. I am sure it will fit into another Hoard later on. Does anyone need more time? Yeah... I'll try and get the base for the desert ruin done this weekend. Been a manic March for me!

Great tutorial hackbarth! I have been using GIMP for along time now, but to my shame, very rarely use many of the editting features. I will be playing around with some figures and image, following your guide just for fun and to learn something new

I don't plan on using watercoloring, just plain old coloring pencils and sharpie for the edges. Sadly i'm gonna have to use a printing service so there's that. I'll need to get cardstock, and foamcore but maybe cardboard might be a good alternative instead though i wanna make the mini bases reusable, so it'll be some time before i can print. Pencils will work just fine. I too used sharpies to colour the edges. The figures were on plain printer paper glued to cereal box card, then folded over, so they were quite strong. The bases were thin corrugated card, with a thin slot cut in the middle, so the figures could be removed and everything stored flat.

So I decided that i want to try out minis that i can color out with colour pencils before sealing it with clear tape and sticking it to cardstock with the Tau-like army as my first test. Despite not having backs i might make use of opr's TAO coalition but i'd be down for other free paper minis similar to the tau aesthetic like Jim Hartman's Alien Trooper and tonsha's ZOA but is B&W with black outline and preferably for other unit types. Any recommendations i could check out? I've posted this picture before, but can't remember where, but years ago, when I had access to only a black & white printer, I printed up some of Ebbles' Terra Force figures and painted them with fairly thin watercolour paints. I also upped the contrast a bit so that there was a more clear difference between the light and dark areas. The corridors were also B&W, but I didn't colour them, as it suited the look & feel of the bug infested spaceship. The only major issue, was that they were done on a laser printer, where the ink sits on the paper, as opposed to soaking in as with an inkjet. The ink starts to flake off, as you can see from the white speckles on the black borders around the figures and the door.

Slow, but worth it. Just be careful about scale. Some are O and others HO and some have both Seems to work OK on the second visit.

Thanks for the link. However, the website was very slow to load and all the downloads I tried kept timing out. Not sure what webhosting they have, but either it's very slow, or there are connection problems at the moment. WIll try again later.

For me, Dave's figures always seem to print up about 35 to 38 mm tall, regardless of the computer or printer. Anyway, I printed the 4 th Doctor sheet, scaled to about 30 mm. I thought my TARDIS seemed a little on the big side, though still dwarfed by the so-called "32 mm" Primaris marine! But I used this photo to gauge the sizes: David Tennant is 1,85-metres, for reference.

I scratch build a TARDIS, though I did print the side-panels. It's about 30 mm to fit in with the 28 to 32 mm WH40k figures. Though it is still dwarfed by a Primaris Marine! It's a bit wibbly-wobbly, as it was the first one and I needed to get the construction ideas tested.

I believe he's in Russia, so there might be internet connection problems, payment problems. It might be even the host for Wargames Vault, DriveThruRPG, etc, has decided to pull any Russian authors from the shop.

This one has been in the works for way too long (pretty much like just about every other project I have on the go...) It a pretty-damned-close, but not quite Buildin D from the Warhammer 40,000 2 nd box set. I found some good photos of it, then using any figures on the old 25 mm bases, guess the size. Link to original PDF hereIt's a bit small when next to a new Primaris Marine (I still haven't started on the "First Born" marines yet): I have also started on scratch building some new style buildings (8 th/9 th edition stuff) - this time, on the GW home site, I found an image with height and width dimensions next to a model, so was able to to get a fairly close match. The model below is just a proof of concept/test build, using the thick card you get at the back of notepads or inside the plastic of ring-binders - it's way to soft and rough for proper building, for which I will use artists chipboard (idea got from Wyloch's Armory) You can clearly see the scale creep!
