Hey, Sausagefingres, that is Four ON the Floor. Hey, cowboyleland, that is SausageFINGERS ;D As to the actual topic, I'll start a list. I tend to invite people informally a lot already, but as I'm sure many have noticed, I've not been as active here the last few months. My heart is still here, but my hobby time is taken up by actually -playing- nowadays, and in that department I'm making up for lost time!

Lots of action, and the shading is very dynamic. Definitely a crew to beware of!

I wrote this on your page, but I'll repost here:
I like them! Non-human skeletons are too often do neglected, so it is great that seem dwarven skeletons. I also like the cartoony drawing style, as it will fit better with the mana OkumArts & OneMonk (in particular) minis I already have.

I'm headed up to my sister's wedding in Hamilton just before Christmas, but as I still don't know how we are getting there, or when we are leaving, I'm not sure I can make plans. I joked with okumarts about DMing for him in 5th Edition, and I think I may have scared him off

Seeing Sirrob01's great winter trees makes me wonder if it's worth modding the spooky tree from the One Monk Halloween set into a snow-covered one. I haven't yet tackled it, as it looks to be a doozy by hand, but it's certainly on my mind, as we are in the midst of an early, messy, winter storm. Well, spring was a month late this year, why shouldn't winter be a month early? After all, Global Warming is a misnomer - Climate Change does all kinds of crazy stuff.

Thanks for reminding me that it was high past time I revert back to my own avatar, rather than my Fat Dragon KS one tweaked with another witch, Baba Yaga. Sadly, this is avatar is all I have left of all the modifications I did on this figure to personalize it. The rest got lost in my hard drive crash in early February, along with a lot of other stuff I'd worked on. :/

Thanks, cowboyleland! Yes, Smith & Smith it was, and it was good. A month or so ago I was reminiscing about another great Canadian comedy show - Four in the Floor, by The Frantics. My husband and I will still, every once in a while, sing out "Boot to the head!". And there is no greater Canadian superhero than Mr. Canoehead! Now what was this topic originally about?! Oh, yes! Congratulations, Monsieur le Vermin King! You've long been a font of vast papery knowledge goodness, and an ambassador for our group and hobby, so lovely that it has been made official!

I loved watching Red Green with my dad - a man who is actually (very) handy. I watched the comedy show he had with his wife even before RG, but can't remember the name of it. I DO remember that it was filmed in Streetsville

kane, have you told Will/Billiam about these directly? He's always thrilled to see his work being used, but he's not often in the forums...

I'd love South American, Arabian/Persian, and Egyptian minis... I think we've almost convinced fatdragontom to include pyramids and other massive monuments in the next Kickstarter

Ahhhh, mesper, glad to see more pumpkin people! Your giant pumpkin monster was the highlight of my mini maze last year - too bad it was so hidden in the 3 pics I could post for Papercuts. I'll have to get the rest up in spoon...

I agree, it looks like it would awesome for translation to paper minis. Perhaps you could add a Wizard of Mars to your Princes of Space?

There is also talk of upcoming conversion guides for various editions of D&D into 5th - I am very excited for these! I hope to convert the original Ravenloft module, as that was my first RPG experience, c. 1986-88.

Yes, they are up, and they are awesome! Meant to post myself, earlier, but it's another busy day in the Wacky household. The new Forest Cut-Up Sheets were a pleasant surprise (adding to Inked Adventures' existing forest encounter), while the Crypts, Tombs & Catacombs set has been in the works for 2-3 years! Billiam Babble released a free teaser Crypt Room two-and-a-half years ago. The sets are all in the same vein as his Modular Dungeon Cut-Up Sections Basic Pack; infinitely re-useable and interchangeable. Inked Adventures, if you've not seen or heard of them before, are old-school style, inspired by the Games Workshop's Dungeon Floor Plans released back in the 1980s. They work best with hand-drawn style paper minis, like those of Dryw the Harper (who modded some tiles into a free tavern), Grey Matter Games, or Moss Games, all of which have collaborated with Inked Adventures. OneMonk, OkumArts, or even Pigmi Games would all find themselves at home on those wonderful tiles... Okay, so I'm a huge fan, ever since I ran across Dryw's Imperfect/Inked Adventures tavern, and especially seeing the wee furniture, and Encounter Lairs. Check out BilliamBabble Inked Adventures' stuff, loads of fun!

afet, Okumarts' Tree Folk set will be widely available soon, probably soon enough give that you are just on the Nothic now. The saplings aren't KS-exclusives, and will be perfect at about 60%! EDIT: Darkfast Classic Fantasy Set 9: Tree Folk is ready right now!

Is this for your continuing play through of Lost Mines of Phandelver? If so, perhaps we should bug okumarts, as today's release of his LZW KS minis include saplings that will sub perfectly for twig blights... I think I'm going to try to go pure paper (mostly OkumArts, some OneMonk, and we'll see what else is needed) for when I run it next month at our FLGS...

Welcome, crazybear! I, too, am beginning to game with my kids, boys aged 8.5 & 4.5... The little one is still a bit little to sit still for it, but the older one I've already brought to play a session of D&D at our FLGS. Lots if fun to be had!
