The car is a modded version of some vehicles by Ebbles: melebbles.blogspot.com/The Small Air Container pdf is getting closer. This is some of what will be in it. It will have about 18 small boxes and four box groupings. The group boxes are for filling out large box formation quicker.

Here are the Hab units and I also did a greenhouse which turned out well I think. I'm thinking I'll turn this into a diorama for the contest. I just NEED MORE BOXES! MORE, MORE, MORE, MORE, MORE, MORE ...........................

I completely forgot about that project. I started it and have rope ladders done. I'll try and get it finished by Sunday.
That iris is a little scary. It looks like part of a Medieval chastity belt.

I just uploaded three more pdf files at my site. I just need to finish the small containers and maybe the interiors?

I also have these little LED candles that run on batteries and flicker like a real flame. They are good to put inside a building or vehicle to make it look like it is on fire. You can get them really cheaply too. Something like 2 or 3 for a $1 US. Attachments:

I'll be doing some small hexagon crates at some point. I think the size of those would be more correct for coffins. I'll make up some then.
These are pattern after the container used by modern aircraft. They're made of aluminum, so no rust, but I did do a set of defaced containers that are beaten up and dirtied pretty good. I also plan on doing an upgrade so you can add an interior to them. This will allow the doors to be left open, but also, you can model heavily damaged ones that have been ripped open.
I will look into making a few as houses.

I was thinking you could have a second sheet of random metal plates like I did for my Ork fort. Then randomly glue them to the junk piles to make them more 3D.

That is a nice reference sheet. I'm about to start on a large double wide container. Here is the beginning of the small ones.

I'm sorry there is no easy way to do that Parduz. I think you could adapt them to use that match box approach I was working on for Habitat 67. That has some draw backs to it, as the corners or seems wont always be fully closed. You could also do a slot and tab approach like Topo did with his storage containers, but as they are not all square it will be more challenging.

Great job, Tommygun! I have already got these printed out and ready for the CraftRobo. What are the origins for the unnamed containers? They all have little hexagonal logos from different factions of the Infinity game. Is that what you mean? The next containers will have various company names on them. Thanks for looking.

New terrain: Air Cargo containers These are the cargo pods that slide into passenger planes. I have 12 medium pods and there will be smaller types that will come next. Note: Because of the the non-cube shape, you do need to add weight to them if you want to put miniatures on top of them. Otherwise they will tip over.Down Load From Here: tommygun.sector-17.com/tommygun/main.php?g2_itemId=1170

Thank you. I'll try to do so. Here's what i've done Hello Himemiya, I believe by a black outline he means this kind. It is the thick one around the figure. After you glue the two halves together, you can trim it down and edge it with a black marker so that none of the white paper shows at the edge.

I think with more and more people getting printers to go with their computers, it may be bound to grow as a hobby. Especially for children who grow up with computers and printers in their homes. But what happens when everyone has 3D resin printers in their homes, who knows?

Was it here that I saw a pop up dungeon? It works like a pop up book for easier storage. A lot of people have storage issues and I can see pre-made pieces selling, but making it profitable would be hard.

Good golly! That's really cool. Now I need to find a game that would use that. This is simply wonderful, so many nice details... Imagine a diorama with this zeppelin approaching the inventor's house... a bunch of sky pirates coming to steal a dangerous invention. Maybe with a rope from the zepellin to the house's upper deck (with a small grappling hook.) Sounds like you have an idea for a great Papercut Award entry... I have nowhere to put it. Hopefully Gilius has a bigger house.

I'm sorry, but I already assembled all the pdf and png files and posted all of it. I should have thought of it, but I really rushed this out in two weeks. What I could do is make a simple trap door square you can then glue to the top and bottom sides. Kind of like a poor man's multi-layered pdf. I could add a little rope ladder to the sheet as well. Maybe a Gatling gun, if I have the time?

So where do I send the files too. It's 13 pages and 76 Megs worth of png files. Not counting instructions, which I need to still do tomorrow. My free pdf converter degrades the png files a lot. I'll post the full png files on my web site, but I don't know what to do for the horde files. Edit: I was able to fit them into 3 pdf files of 14.1 Megs total.1) Zeppelin pdf File 2) Flight Stand pdf File 3) Zeppelin Instructions pdf File tommygun.sector-17.com/tommygun/main.php?g2_itemId=1120

If I had more time I could do the L type angle iron, but I need to finish today. It would take 3 or 4 hours to design and test build it. Getting the angles right to match the triangle frame is the hard part. It is not as polished as I want, It could use another week to flesh it out. But I have too many other projects going on to work on it more anyways. Here is the finish Zeppelin. Now onto the flight stand. It will have two skins; one metal and one clouds.

I just use metal textures from CG Textures. There are also some auto functions in Gimp that can help add grunge. Under Filters go to Artistic then see Clothify and Cartoon. www.cgtextures.com/Here is what I have today: Those little yellowish squares are spacers for parts to be mounted on top of them later.
